Curator's note
Batman, created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, first appearing in Detective Comics #27 (1939). This piece depicts Ben Affleck's Dark Knight from David Ayer's Suicide Squad (2016), the version who assembles Task Force X in the aftermath of Superman's death. Iron Studios' Art Scale 1/10 statue casts him in hand-painted polystone, grapple gun raised on a Gotham-themed display base.
