Curator's note
Created by Gardner Fox and Dennis Neville, first appearing in Flash Comics #1 (1940). Carter Hall, an archaeologist reincarnated across centuries as a winged warrior, draws flight and durability from Nth metal and favors ancient bladed weapons over guns. This statue follows Aldis Hodge's version of the character from the 2022 film Black Adam, in which Hawkman leads the Justice Society against the resurrected antihero.
